1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StoreWe ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.
2. Marketplace Platform Role
StoreWe provides an online multi-vendor intermediary platform enabling independent third-party merchants to list and sell goods directly to buyers. StoreWe facilitates payment gateway handling and delivery arrangements on behalf of merchants.
3. Orders and Pricing
All orders placed on the platform are subject to product availability and seller confirmation. While merchants strive for accuracy, price errors may occur. In the event of a listing error, sellers or StoreWe reserve the right to cancel affected orders prior to dispatch.
4. User Accounts and Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and mobile login tokens. Users agree not to engage in fraudulent transactions, bot-driven scraping, or illicit marketplace abuse.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the statutory laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
